Scaling Leadership Capacity During Rapid Growth

The Challenge: A small startup experienced rapid growth, promoting high-performing individual contributors into leadership roles. However, these new managers lacked the people management skills needed to lead effectively during this scaling period

My Approach: I designed a comprehensive 3-phase leadership development proposal alongside my team. Our proposed program featured a workshop to align managers on a shared leadership framework, a focus group to define what leadership means at this organization, and tiered cohort-baed learning experiences.
The proposal highlighted Key Services, Outcomes, and Deliverables, in addition to long-term Objectives of the program.

Impact: The Director of Human Resources praised the proposal's clarity and customization, noting how perfectly it addressed their unique growth challenges.
