As a Business Process Consultant, I serve as the operational partner to the CEO, translating strategic vision into seamless execution across client engagements. My work includes managing end-to-end logistics for annual planning workshops, directing hiring processes for key team positions, and authoring corporate and client proposals.

February 2024 - May 2025

Organizational Effectiveness, Learning and Development Intern

VNS Health

New York, NY

During my time at VNS Health, I was instrumental in managing all backend logistics for a 3-month leadership development program serving 100+ senior managers and people leaders. I also analyzed qualitative data from the annual engagement survey, supported the launch of new ERGs, and coordinated the Champion Action Network.

May 2023 - August 2023

HR Performance Management Intern

Amtrak

New York, NY

At Amtrak, I partnered cross-functionally with HRBPs, Compensation, Training, Communications, and Digital Technology teams to support the implementation of a new performance management system focused on continuous conversations and targeted communications. Acting as a trusted advisor and messenger, I facilitated stakeholder alignment by attending meetings, capturing notes, and coordinating data collection efforts. My most significant contribution was redesigning the performance management webpage to serve as a centralized hub with timelines, job aids, and resources. The redesign achieved 15K webpage views within the first week of publishing—up from 300—demonstrating strong employee adoption and the impact of clear, accessible communication.

August 2021 - August 2022

Post-Baccalaureate Associate

I led career readiness programming and employer relations initiatives that significantly expanded student engagement and opportunities. As program manager for the annual Job Shadow Program, I connected 25 hosts with 31 students and achieved exceptional outcomes: 100% host retention, 100% student willingness to return, and 99% overall satisfaction. I also hired, onboarded, and supervised 8 student workers while working directly with the Employer Relations Director to build partnerships and coordinate employer panels that resulted in direct internship and job opportunities for students.
